It’s a given. You know the most talked about new restaurant opening, the bakery that makes sourdough to kill for, or the innovative new street food vendor you just have to track down, is inevitably going to be in London. It’s to be expected. Naturally, due to the city being our nation’s capital and with a concentrated population somewhere in the region of 7.5 million, a large proportion of the exciting food news we digest is going to be about what’s going on up in The Big Smoke.
